How it works
1. A user reacts with ⭐ (or your custom emoji) to any message.
2. When the reaction count hits the threshold, the message is posted to the starboard channel.
3. The starboard entry auto-updates as more stars are added or removed.
4. If stars drop below the threshold, the entry is deleted automatically.
Use /starboard set in Discord to configure via slash command.
